    You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platforms, such as Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk and our new performance system (vendor tbc).

    You will also provide technical support and training to our HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively.

    Serve as the primary system administrator for our world-class systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk and our new performance system)
    Ensure data accuracy, security and compliance across all HR platforms
    Develop and document system processes, policies and procedures
    Provide technical support and training to the HR staff and end-users on how to use the HR systems effectively
    Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance
    2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse and performance management systems
    ~ Experience with Workday reporting and security

    Experience with Greenhouse and performance management systems
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
