    Exciting Opportunity as a Property Manager at a Well-respected Independent Company

    Join a Market Leader and Enhance Your Career as an Experienced Property Manager

    Competitive Salary Range: £25,000-28,000 with OTE of up to £35,000

    Looking to grow their team, our client, an independent Estate Agency, seeks a skilled Property Manager. To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Property Management. They desire a dedicated Property Manager with ambition and top-notch communication abilities.

    Your responsibilities as a Property Manager will include:

    • Overseeing a property portfolio comprising 250 private residential tenancies in the region
    • Communicating with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, service providers, and advisors
    • Coordinating with lettings negotiators for move-ins and check-outs
    • Organizing and overseeing maintenance and repairs
    • Conducting property inspections and providing reports to landlords
    • Acting as a mediator between landlords and tenants for issue resolution
    • Managing tenancy deposit returns
    • Serving notices such as S21 and S8

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Experience in managing residential property portfolios
    • Outstanding telephone etiquette
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure
    • Demonstrated customer service aptitude
    • Effective problem-solving skills and autonomy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Valid driving license and access to a car

    You will be working Monday to Friday
