    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our client's busy FS Regulatory team in the Cayman Islands. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners, clients, and intermediaries, providing cutting-edge advice on a range of regulatory matters.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in private practice
    • Experience advising financial institutions and regulated entities
    • Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks (ideal)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Effective time management and attention to detail

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Provide expert guidance on Cayman Islands regulatory regimes
    • Prepare fee proposals and ensure timely billing
    • Manage time efficiently and maintain accurate records
    • Contribute to Knowledge Management systems
    • Mentor junior team members
