    This global events company, based in central London, are looking for a Company Secretary for a 2-3 days a week stand alone role.

    Working closely with the legal, finance, strategy, and corporate development teams you will manage all Cosec related matters across the group.

    You will need to:


    • Manage compliance obligations across a global portfolio and have experience of cross-jurisdictional operations (US, UK, China, Brazil, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa)


    • Work with stakeholders across the subsidiary businesses, legal, tax and finance departments


    • Own projects and drive them forward


    • Assist with acquisitions & disposals.


    • Assist with legal entity rationalisation including mapping the group structure and managing restructure.


    • Handling bank account set up, intercompany balances, AML & KYC, resolve historic legacy acquisitions, legacy structures, IP and data processing arrangements


    • Manage international agencies handling local requirements and maintain contact to ensure governance requirements.


    • Supervise delegated authorities and set up appropriate powers of attorney across the international group


    • Support the senior exec team, Chief of Staff and help with advising on authority under appropriate Shareholders Agreement.
