My client, an established property consultancy offering a full range of property solutions from a network of offices across the UK are actively recruiting for an Associate Director to join their growing team.


Key Duties:

  • Delivers against own fee earning target, leading to growth of the team and supports the whole team to meet and outperform all KPIs and relevant performance indicators, which are reviewed annually.
  • Assist with day to day running of the team.
  • Engaged and effective team player, taking an active part in building surveying and other business lines of the company.
  • Undertake business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with existing and new clients for all business lines of the company, including cross selling to other teams and departments.
  • Acts as a senior lead for commissions managing performance of team members and where required mentoring and training junior members of staff.
  • Manages client relationships and works effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in own skills and the processes of the team.
  • Quality assurance compliance and improvement in processes
  • Work with team members nationally and within local offices
  • Ambassador for the company

Qualifications:

  • MRICS/FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with circa 10 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience in building surveying including Commercial Building surveys; Schedules of Condition; Preparation of Schedules and Negotiation of Dilapidations; Contract Administration; Development Monitoring; Planned Preventative Maintenance plans/schedules;Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Ability and appetite for business development with support from team and wider business to drive growth.

Benefits:


  • Car allowance of £5,500 p/a
  • Flexible home working

Salary:
£55-£70k p/a (+£5,500 car allowance)

Core Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Home based) but must visit office once p/w
