    Job Title: Senior UXO Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects for all territories except Europe, ensuring successful implementation of Venterra's services while complying with local regulations.
    • Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing support throughout project lifecycles.
    • Write technical reports, including project bridging reports and geophysical survey specifications.
    • Review and interpret geophysical data, producing offshore reports for further analysis.
    • Research and stay updated on new technologies applicable to offshore geophysical surveys.
    • Attend and contribute to client meetings in the UK and internationally to discuss project progress and updates.
    • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in engineering, geophysics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore survey, geoscience, or UXO industry.
    • Familiarity with UXO risk management industry, including survey and clearance techniques.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive performance.
    • Excellent business development, strategic planning, and customer-focused mindset.
    • Effective communication with various stakeholders and commitment to safety protocols.
    • Highly organized, motivated, with a dedication to technical excellence and career progression.

    Own transport is essential due to the office location.
