- All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met, using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials.
- Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate.
- Manage and lead modules/units.
- Keep up to date with subject-specific and pedagogic innovations.
- As part of a team, play a full and pro-active part in engaging and retaining students.
- Attend meetings as required, to contribute to the decision-making process and to develop productive working relationships within the various teams you will be engaged with.
- You will hold qualifications at least to master's level in the relevant subject area (e.g., business, entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, finance etc.) and will ideally hold a PhD or be able to demonstrate equivalent high level professional experience in the discipline.

Lecturers will teach flexibly across a range of class times encompassing days, evenings, and weekends, on campus, often in rotation with other staff.
