Responsibilitiesof a Year 3 teacher:

• Asa Year 3 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care ofchildren taking their first steps in Key stage 2 promoting teamworkand cultivating a conducive learningenvironment.
• Teaching the Lower Key stage 2curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on eachindividual childs learning targets encouraging their strengths andimproving their weaknesses
• Further developingmaths ability and introducing fractions statistics andgeometry
• Help children develop their writingability by creating plots characters and settings forstories.
• Keeping track of childrens progressand occasionally reporting back toparents
