Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority based in Lancashire, who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Initially, this is a 3-month contract, however I have been assured that the role is likely to be a 12 month minimum contract.
Day-to-day work includes:Estate ManagementAssisting with the Asset Disposal PlanAssisting with re-development projects when necessary This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly team who are extremely supportive, as well as getting involved in some interesting work that the council have in the pipeline.
