Description
Eligibility
This role is open to House of Commons, Parliamentary Digital Service and R&R Client Team employees only.
Introduction
The Research and Information team delivers research, information and other services for Members, their staff, House staff and the public.
Research and information services aimed primarily at Members and their staff are provided under the House of Commons Library brand. Research services are provided by eight research sections, each responsible for research services in broad subject groupings.

They are likely to contribute some research themselves, but will not themselves have a significant, ongoing, research workload.
As senior managers within the Research and Information Team, Research heads contribute to the overall management, delivery and development of the Team's services and are responsible for implementing Team policies and initiatives. They may take on projects or other responsibilities at directorate or Team level or represent the Team in house-wide activities.
