We are currently looking to recruit a Stock & Planning Administrator to join our award-winning business, in Rochdale.

Reporting to the Stock Controller in Operations, the Stock & Planning Administrator assists with the planning of production, within the Rochdale site.

Neogen is a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing around 2,800 people worldwide.

Neogen specialises in solutions for animal and food safety offering a diverse range of products and services for the agriculture, food, and beverage industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Implementing the production schedule which includes raising works orders (batch sheets), printing off and distributing works orders and processing completed worksheets.
Responsible for the movement, addition and removal of stock within the stock system as required.
Allocate stock to sales orders for customer services to arrange dispatch.
Administer the filing of works orders for the filling department / production department in conjunction with Quality Control.
Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and nonstock items within the stock system.
Work with various departments including, logistics and customer services and take part in interdepartmental meetings
Raising works orders for the filling department and complete back into stock.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Operations.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous administration experience in a similar role / environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Decent level of numerical, written and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A willingness to learn (training will be provided).
Previous experience of working within a Quality Management System is desirable.
Competency in using Manufacturing Software would be desirable but not essential.
