We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to lead our Haematology and Oncology clinical Service.You will be working in close collaboration with the Aseptics Services Department, Haematology Ward, Chemotherapy Unit and Western Park Outreach Clinics.
To manage, provide professional leadership and act as the lead Pharmacist for Haematology and Oncology clinical services at BHNFT, ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines relevant to the area.
To clinically verify chemotherapy prescriptions and where necessary advising and liaising with oncologists and haematologists regarding dose alterations and optimisation.
To work closely with the Aseptic Services Department to ensure treatment is Manufactured and released in a timely manner.

Vocational Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalentMembership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain
Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent postgraduate qualification and significant post registration hospital pharmacy experience
Previous pre-registration training and experience
Previous clinical experience in Haemato-oncology and treatment of solid tumours
Knowledge of data protection
