    Asa Key Account Manager you will reportto the Country Manager being responsible for seeking and developinga portfolio of top potential clients in the UKMarket. You will join the challenge of creatingtailored learning solutions that help enterprises and majorcompanies offer unlimited learning possibilities to their employeesand otherstakeholders.

    Whatyou will do atODILO:

    • Identify keyaccounts (primarily large accounts) to help shape the strategicplan in the UK region.
    • You will work towardssurpassing a new sales quota.
    • Maintain existingaccounts upselling cross selling andreferrals.
    • Analyze regional market dynamics inan effort to maximize existing successes and to create new salesgrowth opportunities.
    • Running local events andpresenting to industry leaders.

    Theideal candidate willbring:

    • Atleast 6 years of experience in selling/hunter roles and managingaccounts.
    • At least 3 years of experienceselling software (SaaS) or technology or complex products with astrong technology component (SaaS Integrators of Technology LMSsystems ERP HCMs CRMs Customized Technology developmentetc).
    • At least 3 years of experience sellingdeals in the corporate business and comfortable working on aregular basis with Clevel individuals for big organizations withstrong focus to the HR Directors.
    • Good networkwithin the enterprise community or you have the desire to quicklybuild one.
    • Prior experience inachieving and surpassing new salesquotas.
    • Challengersales mindset is a must.
    • Excellent consultativeselling communication and presentationskills.
    • Diligent in keeping sales pipelineinformation accurate and up to date in companyCRM.
    • Brings a hunter mentality to the team.Wellorganized and prepared. Able to work towards cleardeadlines.
    • Native level ofEnglish
    • Spanish will be a plus
