- Contract Manager whilst reporting to the Area Build Director
- Responsible for multiple phases,all productions teams, sub-contractors and trades and labour
- Pre-construction work for projects
- Chair meetings with the client Liaising (HA)
- Ensure all sub-contractors are working in line with build programmes and all work is checked.
- Responsible for multiple production teams including recruiting new staff
- Responsible for all non-conforming subcontractors
- RAMS
- Providing clear direction to the construction teams regarding responsibilities and targets
- Ensuring projects are completed are completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
- Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
- Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
- Training and support of production teams
- Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
- Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
- Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site
- Previous experience within new build, volume build, local authorities
- Proven experience of managing a full site team
- Experience of pre-construction stages
