    The Tax Associate opportunity provides you with the prospect of acquiring specialist skills within taxation, within a distinctive accountancy practice while receiving a full study support package.

    The Tax Associate would be an incredible career move for a tax junior with practice exposure, with some technical taxation knowledge and has a desire to forge a career within taxation.

    Key areas of focus:
    Preparation of personal tax returns for a small, dedicated client portfolio
    Handling any tax issues and liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
    Requesting, tracking and gathering information to complete compliance
    Research of specific taxation areas and assist with any areas of advice
    Attendance at tax technical meetings

    What we are looking for:
    Previous practice experience and understanding of tax legislation
    Desire to pursue a career in tax and study ATT and/or CTA
    Positive mindset, and a get up and go, can-do attitude
    Organised individual with ability to work to deadlines
