Lead Writer, Market Access Communications – EVIDERA (CA/UK/EU)

We are looking to fill this fully remote-capable role in Canada, UK or Europe

The Market Access Communications team is a group of medical writing experts who develop Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), AMCP dossiers for US payers, Health Technology Assessment submissions for various global markets, value stories and related market access offerings for clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.

The Lead Market Access Writer is a team-based, collaborative writing role in which you will apply scientific and writing expertise to projects covering a wide range of therapeutic areas.

A day in the Life:

Lead writer and primary point of contact on project teams, reviewing the work of other writers for quality and consistency

Writing fully-referenced original content for global value dossiers, country submissions, and related deliverables, based on published clinical, scientific, and pharmacoeconomic literature

Originate content as required, particularly for those tasks requiring senior input, e.g. value story, market access strategy, payer concerns.

Demonstrated project leadership, including client liaison, workload & resource management for moderate-to-large scale projects to meet internal and client-driven deadlines across therapy areas

Developing simple visuals and graphics (e.g., in Excel or PowerPoint), editing, quality assurance, and formatting

Keys to Success: Education

Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in life science or closely related field

Experience

At least 5 years relevant professional medical, scientific or market access writing experience in a pharmaceutical company, agency or consultancy

Understanding of market access and experience developing value dossiers

Familiarity with clinical trials and basic biomedical statistics

Ability to understand and convey complex clinical, economic & commercial information after receiving appropriate training on new content areas

Desirable: understanding of market access, experience in developing value dossiers and a basic understanding of health economics.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent communications skills for technical & non-technical clients (internal or external), including presentations

Desire for increased project leadership and client interaction

Required: Expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, bibliographic referencing software.
