- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a host of commercial contracts across various functions of the business. These will include various terms of business, side letters, IT contracts, supplier agreements, and master service agreements etc.
- Providing ongoing legal and risk-mitigation advice across various areas of law such as data protection, corporate governance, employment etc
- Working closely with the senior management team on product development
- Liaising with the business teams to help them execute on contracts
- Qualified lawyer, ideally 4+ years PQE. Common law or England&Wales legal qualification is desired but candidates from other jurisdictions will be considered.
- Previous financial services experience would be a plus but not a prerequisite.
- Autonomous individual who is able to work collaboratively within the wider business and legal team
