    Description


    Our client, a leading fund in the asset management and alternative investments space are looking to hire a general paralegal to assist with a range of legal tasks.

    The roleProviding general assistance to the legal team and working across the full range of legal tasks.

    Predominantly to assist on corporate and commercial transactions, fund formation and regulatory matters, trading and product issues, and general company law and corporate governance.

    To assist heavily with the draft and review of various legal documents, including but not limited to terms of business, NDAs, Share Purchase Agreements, Investment Management Agreements, commercial agreements, and various others.

    The ideal candidateIdeally has one year's experience as a paralegal (or equivalent position), with that time spent at a city law firm or within the legal department of a financial services business.

    Various specialisms will be considered, but ideally the candidate would have some experience in either funds, banking & finance, corporate law, commercial law or financial regulatory.

    Must be a strong and confident drafter of a range of legal documents.
    Must be a strong team player as well as with an ability to work well and handle matters independently.
