    Themis Recruit are seeking anexperienced Senior Associate to join our clients specialised Courtof Protection Team in Southampton. The hiring firm are recognisedas a Times 100 listed Top Best Law firm and consistently achievetop rankings for their services in Chambers and other legalpublications.

    AboutThe Role:

    Our clientsdedicated team handles all aspects of Court of Protection workencompassing property and affairs management and community care forclients who have received compensation through personal injury ormedical negligence claims. As a Senior Associate you will manage adiverse caseload of complex matters upholding the standards of careand support for which our clients team isrenowned.

    DaytoDayResponsibilities:

    • Collaboratewithin a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes forclients taking the lead on your caseload while providing support tosenior feeearners asneeded.
    • Manageclient relationships ensuring the maintenance of our highlyattentive and customerfocusedapproach.
    • Contributeto coaching and mentoring less experienced team members includingSolicitors Legal Executives Trainees andParalegals.


    Requirements

    • ASenior lawyer with previous experience managing a varied caseloadof Court of Protection matters (7PQE)
    • Genuinepassion for delivering excellent client care and possess the drivefor continuous learning and improvement.
    • Familiarity with timerecording and the responsibility of meeting annual fee targets.
    • Engaging empathetic and friendlycommunication style with the ability to interact confidently withvulnerable clients and their families.
    • Creative problemsolving skills witha willingness to support teammembers.
    • Experience in or aninterest in supervising and providing ongoing training anddevelopment for lessexperienced teammembers.

    A Senior lawyer with previous experience managing a varied caseloadof Court of Protection matters (7+ PQE) Genuine passion fordelivering excellent client care and possess the drive forcontinuous learning and improvement.
