- Provide a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient wards and community teams in BaNES

As a Clinical Pharmacist at AWP, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals at Hillview Lodge, situated on the Royal United Hospital site. Your responsibilities will include working with nurses, doctors, AHPs, and primary care colleagues in inpatient and community teams. Your focus will be on teamwork, aiding the Locality Lead Pharmacist in enhancing the clinical pharmacy service in BaNES to ensure improved outcomes for our patients.
Main duties of the job:
Joining the AWP pharmacy team means being part of a group that supplies medication and offers clinical support across our catchment area. With pharmacies in Calne and Callington Road Hospital, we manage the medicines supply chain and promote safe and effective medication use through various clinical activities. Our team is friendly, progressive, and committed to enhancing patient care throughout the AWP region.

About the role:
