John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world.

As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and approachable teacher and leader to join our evolving organisation.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a major role in the management and strategic leadership of the school.

As Director of Post-16 you will be the strategic lead for our successful Sixth Form, ensuring alignment with the overall school vision and educational goals, and the continual improvement of the quality of provision across all areas.

As Assistant Headteacher you will have a whole school responsibility, the specific area of which will be confirmed on appointment.

The successful candidate will be:

An excellent communicator
Ability or willingness to act as an additional DDSL (training provided if required)

This role would be ideal for someone who has middle leadership experience and is now ready for a substantive senior leadership role, or an existing senior leader looking for a new challenge.
