Salary:
£28000 plus van plus bonus
Our client is looking for a Multi-trades person to work in void properties for their Orbit contract.

The Project

The role will involve working to specification within a void property and carrying out general repairs to get the property back to a lettable standard.

Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.

You will take ownership of work aiming to return voids to specification, whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

Essential And Desirable Criteria

Essential Criteria:

NVQ/qualifications in relation to relevant trade (Carpentry)
Full driving licence
