- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering web and mobile applications across various functionalities.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Utilise various testing methodologies, including black-box, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Report bugs and defects clearly and concisely using a bug tracking system.
- Work collaboratively with developers and product managers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies in the web and mobile app development space.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues from a quality assurance perspective.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our overall QA processes.
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.
- Familiar with AGILE methodologies and ways of working.
