My client is a highly successful SaaS business specialising in the sale of their 4 unique software products.

They're currently seeking a passionate and hardworking salesperson with at least 1 year direct sales experience, to take lead of the SDR operationin their booming London office.


The business is over 200 large across their international offices, with a strong team of 10 building up the highly successful London office.

They have very proudly remained profitable and privately owned since their 2011 launch, maintaining their familyvalues and growing their client and customer base.

They have over 2500 happy customers globally, and are partnered with enterprises from McDonald's to Virgin, to Harvard University, to name but a few.

Sales Development Representative - The Package on Offer

£30K-£40Kannual base DOE* + Commission + Bonus

Uncapped OTE - Average of +£5K - £10K in year 1

Very flexible WFH and flexi-hours policy


The Role -Sales Development Representative


Sales Development Representatives (SDR) play a fundamental role in achieving the company's overall revenue growth objectives, working to support the senior sales teams and sales representatives on strategy and lead generation.

You'll be starting off the sales processas an SDR your main responsibility is outreach. This will be completed with access to the best tools and resources, reaching out to prospective clients who may not know anything about the product

  • Lead generation first things first, finding the prospective clientele
  • Build rapport and establish a relationship
  • Work out if they have a need for the product this could be your chance to turn a no into a yes
  • Progress them onto a meeting and demonstration with your senior sales team
  • Back to stage 1

Sales Development Representative - Requirements of the role:

  • A minimum of 1 year direct sales experience

  • Ambition to progress professionally, and work your way through the business
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
