- Provide effective leadership to the team, overseeing their development and progress
- Implement and maintain an efficient operational structure to sustain our success
- Review, endorse, and oversee contracts and estimates for engineering projects
- Enhance and optimize the Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems to minimize downtime
- Collaborate closely with our Projects Manager to supervise on-site project activities, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a maintenance facility within a fast-paced environment such as food production or manufacturing
- Educational background to degree level in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
- Proven track record of driving performance enhancements
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Strong skills in time management and prioritization
- Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
