Description
Join our Living Places team as a OCH Data Analyst and you'll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.
To provide, maintain and guide Stakeholders in all matters relating to operational data and performance. Including assisting in process improvements and new methods of monitoring across the whole contract.As an OCH Data Analyst , you will have the following accountabilities:
Working all levels of colleagues on contract to provide data and performance metrics in relation to the operation
Define schedules for providing data and performance metric in a timely manor
Assist in process improvement projects and monitoring the impact of any changes
Be the custodian of Hub related data and performance through Shift Log data
Provide Hub Era performance stats
Lead on new Measure Metric Projects
Assist the Hub Manager in the implementation of future Hub phases and intervention criteria
Be the champion of data driven decisions
Provide cover for Hub Controllers
The ability to communicate with all levels, from senior management to operational staff Target and KPI focused yet able to deliver whilst maintaining employee engagement Experience of working with Confirm
Analytical and quality focused – able to produce accurate management information Computer literate (Microsoft Packages) especially proficient in the use of MS Excel
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Experience in visual presentation of data
Attention to detail and driven approach to data accuracy
Prioritise work and remain flexible in accordance with business need
