    Job Description Social Media Director, up to £53k, Birmingham/hybrid, Permanent

    A leading Birmingham-based agency is on the lookout for a Social Media Director to join their fabulous consumer team.

    In your role as Social Media Director, you'll leading on a number of the agency's biggest consumer social accounts.

    You'll need to be confident building excellent relationships with clients and delivering results which not just meet but exceed their expectations

    Directing social media content shoots - working closely with Content Creators, Photographers and Videographers to produce thumb-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
    Meeting with clients regularly, building strong relationships and managing expectations
    Line managing more junior employees
    Keeping up to date any new social media trends and updates

    In order to be considered for this Social Media Director position, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

    At least 6 years' experience in social media, with proven agency-side experience
    A proven track-record of successful social content and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook at a minimum
    Experience directing social media content shoots
    Proven line management capabilities

    This agency is offering a competitive salary of up to £53k (depending on experience) for this Social Media Director position.
