- Reporting to the Partners in the department to assist with a caseload with a major focus on Estate Planning, including IHT planning and drafting of complex Wills.
- Integral part of the Private Client team, delivering on agreed cases, sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the overall team profile.
- Meeting individual targets with minimal supervision.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and building appropriate relationships.
- Development of technical and nontechnical skills to meet client and firm requirements, demonstrating continuous improvement.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 15 years PQE.
- Strong legal skills and knowledge in a Private Client setting.
- Responsible for a broad and varied caseload including Wills, Estate Administration, IHT, and Estate Planning.
- Sound knowledge of all private client matters, with excellent communication skills.
