    Description
    Product Business Analyst- Emirates Holidays UK & I

    Collaborate with the product manager and key stakeholders to review sourcing approach and effective implementation whilst managing quality assurance of products to agreed targets and for supplier compliance.

    Conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyse competitor activities for competitive advantage.

    Monitor and analyze booking curves, trends and sales performance against KPI targets (REV/PAX/MAR) providing insights and corrective measures where necessary.

    Analyse and monitor the evolution of demand, competition, and seasonality to determine and adjust the company's pricing, whilst mitigating any commercial risks through pre-emptive actions and strategic planning.

    Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market-aligned product offerings with regular review, identifying gaps and potential for growth.

    Collaborate with Sales, Trade, E-commerce & Marketing to identify revenue opportunities and optimize revenue streams and channel contribution.

    Optimize usage of business intelligence tools including data analytics to assess the performance of commercial initiatives and identify key areas for KPI improvement and growth targets.

    University degree in business management, quantitative statistics or any related discipline.

    Experience in a commercial role with responsibility for pricing and revenue management, forecasting, budgets management and KPI monitoring within the travel/hospitality industry.

    High level of numerical and analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving & decision-making, and comfortable in presenting numerical data.

    Fundamental understanding of pricing structures and techniques with a high ability and confidence to analyze and interpret KPI data to deliver to strategic goals.

    A confident communicator with fluency in written and spoken English and competent in writing business reports.
    Advance skills in MS Office & MS Teams, with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.
    Knowledge of CRS/GDS system is an asset.
