- Assist with payrollsystem configuration setup
- Interact andeffectively communicate with internal IT&S and support team totroubleshoot functional system issues
- Worksclosely with Payroll Service Centers (PSC) to support payrollfunction of the organization
- Assists withmaintenance needs and system functionality questions
- Conducts investigations as warranted resulting fromcommunicated issues
- Keeps leadership informedof the status of work efforts
- Acts as aresource to PSC and division/facility leadership for payrollrelated items

Shift: Day THIS IS A BUSINESS POSITIONMUST HAVE 2 YEARS PAYROLL EXPERIENCE (PAYROLL SYSTEM SUPPORTPREFERRED) OR WILL BE REJECTED Remote/onsite: Hybrid (Would be inour Brentwood office some (quite a bit to start with duringtraining ) and then they would be able to WFH some as well. It willnot be 100% WFH there may be times that we need them to come intothe office)
Job Summary This individual is primarilyresponsible for supporting the Lawson Payroll system as well asother systems that relate to payroll. Similar to an HRIS positionbut focused on complex payroll systems and processes. This rolewill be an integral team member supporting various payroll systemprojects troubleshooting complex technical issues: includessupporting various customer bases being knowledgeable aboutdifferent applications and performing miscellaneous configurationchanges. This position is part of a larger payroll systems team andis expected to operate within a rapidly changing work environment.Infor/Lawson payroll experience desired but not required.
