Do you have property finance experience and are seeking a new job in London? Our client is looking for a Real Estate Analyst, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will be tasked with working with internal departments such as origination and credit, while also building and developing relationships with customers and external parties.

The role involves analyzing all qualified enquiries,working with origination, underwriting, and asset management teams on all deals, liaising with all professionals involved in a bridge/development facility preparing initial credit papers and presenting to investors.

In your first few weeks in this Property Finance role, you can expect to:

Analyse all bridge and development deals for the credit team to discuss
Prepare preliminary credit papers and final credit papers for the underwriting team
Establish effective relationships with all stakeholders in the transaction process
Take responsibility and ownership of all deals
IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel in addition to various internal and external programs and CRM
Knowledge of the industry and leading market products
Ability to promote our client's brand amongst potential borrowers and investors
