    Graduate Marketing Coordinator Reports to : Marketing Manager

    Yourgene also has a global laboratory service network equipped to be a full life-cycle partner for clinical, research and pharmaceutical organisations to support partners at the preclinical, clinical, and post market stage to develop, manufacture, obtain regulatory approval and commercialise new products and services.

    In addition, Yourgene offers an NIPT testing service in the Manchester laboratory.

    Yourgene Health is headquartered in Manchester, UK with facilities in Taipei, Singapore, the US and Canada.

    We are looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Graduate Marketing Coordinator based in Manchester.

    The Graduate Marketing Coordinator will support the global marketing and product management team as we expand and grow with new products and services covering new markets.

    You will coordinate global conferences and events, including travel, logistics, exhibition stands and artwork etc.

    The Graduate Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with Digital campaigns, CRM, website updates, socials, collateral and promotional items.

    The Marketing Coordinator will support the Group with internal communications including newsletters, townhalls and social events.

    This is an opportunity to learn new skills and begin a career in scientific marketing and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic and driven team.


    Play a key role in executing specific marketing strategies, programs and tactics to drive business expansion and growth across regions including:
    Brochures / print & online
    Website maintenance (including customer portal)
    HubSpot marketing automation platform – campaign content, delivery & reporting
    Assist with generating digital content using Adobe InDesign – designing brochures, flyers, social graphics etc
    Support with branding – branding guidelines, logos
    Maintain efficient stock of promotional branded merchandise and marketing collateral at HQ

    Supporting product management team with core tasks such as IFU formatting, labelling, translations, distribution of TEBs, customer feedback surveys.

    Marketing team administration such as purchase orders/invoicing

    Understanding of Digital platforms and social media (LinkedIn)
    Strong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Design Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud packages/ InDesign preferable
    Recent Graduate with a relevant Degree in Marketing or Life Sciences considered
    Experience working within a Marketing team is essential
