    Description

    Overview of roleIn this role as a Net Zero Carbon Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to commercial Real Estate clients on achieving energy and carbon reduction objectives.

    Ideally with an BEng/Meng, you need to be comfortable sitting in a design team meeting but also know your way around a plant room.

    Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing carbon reduction strategies, conducting energy audits, and analysing energy efficiency measures.

    pitches and proposalsrelationship development and managementjuniors consultants with their developmentKey skills and qualities needed Engineering or other building related degreeyears work experience in energy consultancyEnergy Assessorconducting Energy Efficiency Audits on commercial buildingsdelivering ESOSgood understanding of the commercial drivers to sustainabilityto present at business meetingsreport writing and presentation skillsin 'passive and active' sustainable design including building fabric, building services and renewablesof Net Zero Carbon, NABERS and ESG objectivesof the UK planning process, environmental legislationFurther informationYou will join a very supportive culture and you will have full technical support and guidance your service leads.
