Note:
This role is for our
Liverpool branch.

We are looking for a Teller/Customer Service to join our team.

The incumbent in this position actively engages customers and provides them with basic information regarding our products/services and refers customers to more experienced colleagues in order to provide suitable solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Provides exceptional customer service in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves routine issues, escalating complex problems to more experienced staff members.
  • Develops basic knowledge of products/services offered to effectively assist the customer; recognises opportunities to offer additional products/services by referring customers to the appropriate colleague within branch, meeting assigned referral goals.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as requested.

Salary:
£20,803.00-£22,102.00 per year

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- retail: 1 year (preferred)

- financial: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- customer facing: 1 year (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (preferred)
