Description

We are looking for a Digital Support Assistant to support tenants in accessing and making the best use of technology.

This includes providing technical support, coaching, and resources to help tenants use technology to improve their lives.

You will support our digital drop-in surgeries, roadshows and tenant events to spread the word about all things digital.

As Digital Support Assistant you will be creating user-friendly guides that champion the benefits of new technology and keeping accurate records on participant engagement and impact, along with digital inclusion assets.


About you


You will be tech-savvy and keep up to date with technology and future trends whilst recognising that the tenants you will be working with may have very limited experience of smart devices and the internet.

Inclusion is at the heart of this role.
