This is a superb opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Serious Personal Injury team based in Leeds, working at least 2 days per week in the office.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
Personal injury and illness can have a dramatic and sometimes life changing impact for the person affected and for those who are close to them. The personal injury teams at Irwin Mitchell don't just deal with compensation claims. We also work with our clients and their families to ensure all of their rehabilitation needs are met. It's a unique, bespoke approach that really makes a difference to people whose lives have been turned upside down by injury.

As an experienced Solicitor (or experienced Legal Executive) in the team, you will play a key role in successfully running criminal injury compensation claims within a division of the Serious Personal Injury team, working as part of that team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery. You will be expected to perform to KPI's. You will also assist in developing external relationships to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.
