- Conduct on-site inspections on lifting equipment and accessories following LOLER Regulations, as well as perform on-site testing of beams and anchor points.
- Support local depots by assisting with workshop tasks like:
- Inspecting, testing, and carrying out repairs and servicing on equipment in the hire fleet and for customers.
- Identifying faulty items, performing the necessary repairs efficiently, and restoring the equipment to a safe working state.
- Motivated candidates who are eager to learn about the company's specialized products and expand their industry knowledge.
- Inspect various types of Lifting equipment according to LOLER & PUWER regulations.
- Service, repair, and inspect Lifting equipment both on customer sites and in the company's workshop.
- Complete essential paperwork following company procedures.
- Comply with Quality, Health, and Safety Environment regulations.
- Experience in conducting Lifting Equipment inspections, including items like Chains, Slings, Shackles, Manual/Powered Hoists, Lifting Beams, Runway Beams, and other Lifting and Handling Equipment.
- LEEA Qualifications or relevant industry experience is advantageous.
- Solid comprehension of method statements and risk assessments.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completion of inspection paperwork.
- Sound understanding of general engineering principles.
