    Description

    We are looking for an Exams Coordinator to assist the Exams Officer in the Exams arrangements at the College.

    Our Exams team are integral to successful outcomes for our students and a vital cross-college service.

    Your Duties

    You will:

    • Assist in arranging and coordinating examinations at the College
    • Process student examination entries on the MIS system
    • Plan and book Exam Invigilators
    • Update exam files
    • Provide accurate information to students in line with Service standards

    Person Specification

    The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

    • Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
    • Experience of working in a similar role
    • Experience of working in a Further/Higher Education setting
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
