    The FirmA top International law firm is seeking an efficient and proactive part-time Receptionist to join their friendly team on a 9 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possibleThe OpportunityThe successful Legal Receptionist will be friendly and professional with experience managing a varied workload.

    This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as an ability to cope well with pressure.


    Duties to include:
    Meeting, greeting and registering of clientsProvide cover for functions and eventsBooking meeting rooms using a computerised room booking systemReplenishing of stationeryArranging for swearing of oaths by solicitorsEnsuring audio-visual equipment is provided as requestedLiaising with catering staff regarding booking of refreshmentsAssisting with reservations requests made by email or phoneThis Receptionist opportunity is a part time, 9 month fixed term contract, working Monday
    • Thursday on a shift basis between 7.
