    The Accounts Receivable Administrator will primarily be responsible for managing and assisting the Finance team and providing excellent communication with both external and internal departments.

    Description

    Key responsibilities:

    • Consistently manage and update accounts receivable records
    • Coordinate with various departments for invoice verification and approval
    • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding billing issues
    • Contribute to the finance team's overall objectives and goals
    • Adhere to financial policies and regulations
    • Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparation as needed

    Profile

    The successful candidate requires:

    • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
