Description
As project coordinator, you play a key role in the administration for the build of our temporary buildings.

You work closely with your colleagues on site and in the office and support them in organizational and administrative areas.

You follow up on questionsand ensure a timely and complete follow-up to customers and suppliers.

Within the organization, you have regular contact with colleagues, take care of incoming invoices, raise purchase orders, and assist with supplier payments.

You will join a motivated team of 20 colleagues at our Northampton office for 24 hours per week. Working hours can be chosen suited by yourself, i.e 9.30am - 2.30pm every day or 3 full days.


Job specifications:


  • Taking and acting on incoming enquiries and logging details.
  • Working with our bespoke computer stock system to input stock and produce quotes for enquires and client liaison.
  • Working with SharePoint to ensure project records are up to date, including client correspondence, drawings, spreadsheets etc.
  • Liaison with your colleagues in the Netherlands and the UK logistics team regarding order progress, stock bookings, and issuing of internal paperwork.
  • Acting as a point of contact internally and externally and communicating project status and subsequent changes to all parties alongside Project Manager.

Your profile:


  • You have organizational talent, technical insight, and communication skills.
  • You are willing to take on project responsibility.
  • You are experienced in working with an ERP system and MS Office.
