    Job summary

    NEL Local Maternity and Neonatal System are seeking to recruit an experienced Digital and Data Midwife/ Nurse as a project manager within the LMNS team.

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team, who can foster positive working relationships, problem solve, plan strategically and have good communication and presentation skills. Maternity/ Neonatal operational experience essential.

    Please see job description for more details. The LMNS currently operate using a hybrid working model; combining both home and office working.

    Main duties of the job

    Accountable Areas oProject management for Digital and Data workstreamoCollect, monitor and report on maternity Workforce metrics for NE LondonoMonitoring and Supporting the LMNS in delivering recommendations at National, Regional and local levels including meeting requirements relating to the, MIS (CNST) Ockenden recommendations and Three Year Single Delivery Plan for Maternity and on reviewing and updating NE London LMNS policy and guidelines related to workstreamsoSupport and Monitor implementation best practice across the systemoSupport the implementation of the MSW competency frameworkoProviding professional support to the Heads of service and Midwifery Assistant /DirectorsoSupport the implementation and audits and deep dives of across the systemoLead and project manage the agreed programme of work liaising with the individual providers/ Stakeholders and ICB as required. This requires the ability to work in a matrix management structure leading a broad range of complex activitiesoTo liaise proactively and appropriately with senior managers across the partner organisations to conduct impact analysis of changes including quality and equality impact assessment to ensure changes are managed effectivelyo Provide direction to project team members and others required to support delivery of work stream priorities
