Description:

As a **Construction Project Manager**, you'll be in charge of overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various housing projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple housing projects from start to finish
Develop and update project plans, schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other involved parties
Guarantee adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality criteria
Monitor project advancement and tackle any arising issues promptly
Generate and present project reports to senior management and clients
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, meeting their needs effectively
Supervise project teams, offering guidance and assistance as required

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Project Manager in extra-care homes, social housing, or affordable apartments
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal standards
Excellent project management capabilities, covering planning, budgeting, and resource management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to solve problems and make decisions in high-pressure situations
