- Serve as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment on business requirements, project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
- Present standardized project plans and processes adeptly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain, monitor, and update project plans, identifying issues and managing changes in project scope.
- Develop customized project plans in collaboration with technical team members, ensuring meticulous documentation of project requirements.
- Conduct rigorous risk and issue management, devising mitigation strategies in tandem with the project team.
- Monitor and report project Earned Value, tracking progress against original estimates.
- Assist the Sales team in estimating project efforts and contribute to proposals and Statements of Work.
- Provide mentorship to junior project managers, imparting insights on project methodologies and best practices.
- Completion of a Project Management fundamentals course (eLearning or instructor-led).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, particularly in software implementation or development (e.g., PLM, PDM, ERP, CRM, CPQ).
- Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based software deployments is advantageous.
