Description
Embark on a pivotal role within a dynamic team, where your analytical prowess and attention to detail will be instrumental in shaping the compensation landscape of a prestigious organisation. This 9-month fixed-term contract as a Compensation Analyst offers the chance to delve into the intricacies of compensation activities, including annual pay reviews, variable pay, and salary benchmarking. Your expertise will be the cornerstone in providing accurate and insightful data, crucial for informed decision-making and the execution of a robust Compensation strategy.
The essence of this role is to be at the forefront of compensation analysis, ensuring that all data is meticulously maintained and legislative impacts are thoroughly assessed. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and refining the annual pay review data model, interpreting legislative changes, and preparing the gender pay report in compliance with UK laws. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you prepare and analyse salary surveys, providing clear and concise data to key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation will be as important as your technical abilities.
