- Serve as the primary subject matter expert supporting the broader range of digital emerging specialisms, managing the innovation lifecycle from concept and deployment to scale assessment and proposal.
- Bring broad spectrum Digital / Emerging Technology understanding (with specific expertise in Extended Reality, Blockchain, No Code Low Code, Drones, Digital Twin and Natural Language Processing experience desired).
- Inspire and engage a wide range and different levels of functional stakeholders, linking technology solutions to business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of new technologies.
- Liaise with the architecture group to make decisions on these next gen solutions, understanding business requirements and drivers.
- Operate in alignment to the already defined frameworks and support their evolution.
- Lead internal and external initiatives work with vendors (or developers) by providing precise requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate and articulate the business impact of the latest dynamic developments in Extended reality, NCLC, NLP, Blockchain and align to the strategic and tactical use-cases and requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new gen technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations and insights to senior management on potential areas for digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Good proven experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of new gen technologies, including NLP, No Code Low Code, and Blockchain, Digital Twin and their application in driving business innovation.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, customer experience, and business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify emerging trends, assess market opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
- Technical and business acumen to evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners
- Familiarity with the fast-moving consumer goods or related sector.
