About the role
Our federation is made up of All Saints' CE Infant Academy and All Saints' CE Junior Academy.

Our two schools are adjacent to one another on a large site in the heart of Hessle, with extensive grounds and a well-resourced environment.

We pride ourselves on working together in a whole school approach to help our children achieve their very best.


All Saints' is a friendly and welcoming school with a successful staff team, who are both supported and challenged in their teaching practice and career aspirations.


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team, the hours are 26.25 hours a week Monday - Friday, worked during term time including 5 training days.


As a Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with the Class Teacher on a daily basis, helping to support the Teacher in the class room and working closely with small groups of children to help enhance their learning.

In addition to this you will support the early wrap around care that our school provides for our children before the school day starts.


Job requirements


We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and who believes in developing the true potential of children.

You will have a calm and positive disposition, the ability to break down activities into small step teaching and will nurture, inspire, challenge and motivate pupils.

Implementing clear boundaries and routines in the class room as well as using behaviour management in all areas around school.


It is essential you have strong time management and organisational skills, allowing you to manage your day and the needs of the children.

You will have experience of working with children in a supportive capacity and have good verbal communication skills.
