- To "set up" the venue for show rounds on show round days in consultation with, and as required by the Sales Manager
- Over see Onsite laundry facility and laundry staff
- To oversee the Guest Reception on wedding days ensuring that wedding guests are greeted in a friendly, professional manner when they arrive in time to check in and to ensure that guests are shown to their rooms, providing assistance with their luggage as required
- To check every bedroom in advance of guest check-in at midday on wedding days
- To liaise with the Front of House Manager with regard to any late check-ins on wedding days
- To ensure that sandwiches and drinks and venue merchandise are promoted to all guests that check in on wedding days
- To document any damage or lost property during an event and report at the earliest possible time to the relevant Front of House Manager in order that charges can be applied to the reconciliation if appropriate
- To manage the Housekeeping Team to ensure the house is adequately staffed at all times, from show round days, wedding preparation, after events, weekly bar cleaning and periods of spring cleaning
- To produce rotas to ensure the Housekeeping Team are made aware of their work schedules at least 1 month in advance
- To oversee the smooth and efficient running of the in-house laundry and chair cover service.
