- Building relationships with the key stakeholders and sponsors within the landscape of The Overlap YouTube channel
- Operational management across all content for pre-production, production and post production of the Manchester office
- Supporting HOP to ensure that the management of the live productions are fully resourced, planned and executed on budget
- Creating and building on a strategic plan to expand audience in the USA - including production management of small projects in the USA
- Writing budgets for The Overlap content and submitting to potential commissioners and sponsors
- Overseeing the contractual side of The Overlap talent and commercial agreements ensuring we adhere to clearance requirements (i.e.: music, archive, where applicable)
- Budget preparation, finance reporting and reconciliation during the term of the contract. Reporting any issues to Buzz 16 finance team in a time efficient manner
- Regular operational catch ups with the production management and editorial Team, ensuring all logistical and technical planning is in place and minimising the risk of delivery
- Ensuring the production management team deliver call sheets, risk assessments and that as a unit we adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
- You have a wide range of experience as a Production Executive with Non Live/digital content - sports content would be useful but not essential.
- You're able to build, manage and forecast budgets in detail - raising any concerns in a timely manner
- You're experienced in collaborating with editorial teams on a day to day basis, and ensuring production managers and coordinators get the support they need in order to deliver content requirements with budget available
- You have experience in being client facing, working with industry renowned facility providers on a regular basis
- You're organised, can think on your feet and are able to multitask
- You know all about the rights and clearances as well as production and post-production workflows, insurance, and health & safety
- You're adaptable, dynamic and quick thinking with a flexible approach
- Awareness of Albert and Sustainability, DE&I and their importance in the current climate
