Fruit Towers - London- Marketing Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies.

We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet.

We want to show everyone that it's possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we're trying to get better in pretty much every way.

And that's where this job comes in.
- what you'll be doing

We're working on our biggest ever packaging project and we're on the lookout for a senior packaging designer brimming with ideas to join our creative team. We need a self starter who has bags of initiative, excellent presentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Working on packaging projects for juice and smoothies from current to NPD.
Coming up with great ideas that work on pack and beyond.
Ensuring brand consistency.
Collaborating with other designers, copywriters and marketing teams across regions, sharing your ideas and opinions in a constructive and positive way.
Presenting creative ideas well and clearly.
Taking creative direction, interpreting it and build on it.
Designing packaging artwork and proofing files.
Using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) brilliantly.
Reporting directly to Senior Designer

- you'll have

Experience in producing fantastic ideas that align with the brand and our creative direction
The ability to jump onto any part of the project and creatively problem solve with other designers
Experience in seeing the challenges ahead of the curve and find the solutions
Quality control, making sure the creative intent is upheld and not compromised
Fussy over kerning, leading and colour choicesdigging into the detail
Show an ability to take ownership of a range and direct it to where it needs to go
Take creative direction gracefully and be able to build from it
Actively share inspiration and nuggets of wisdom with the team to keep creative energy up
Have an opinion and share thoughts openly
Listen to others and take on board their points of view
